# Original sculpture demonstrations

The owl and dragon are actual AI-generated decorative meshes made from original keycaps.dev reference artwork, prepared and joined to our original, dimensioned 1u base. They are not vector illustrations or textures applied to a fixed keycap model.

The public demonstration files contain prepared decorative geometry and a checked tapered keycap assembly. Original provider files, private project uploads, generation requests and credentials are not included. Historical third-party import examples retain their separate notices in `/models/imported/NOTICE.md`.

Posters are rendered in Blender from the exact downloadable STL. Display colours are illustrative. The rotatable assembly preview and STL contain the same vertices and triangles, in millimetres. See `provenance.json` here for dimensions and file hashes.

Software mesh checks have passed. Physical printing, socket fit, switch travel, strength, support requirements and neighbouring-key clearance remain unverified. Print the calibration samples and use the printing guides before testing a full sculpture.

These demonstrations do not promise that every AI model is printable. Open or complex imports can be rejected. On-site paid AI generation remains disabled; the designer can import an existing model and construct its keycap base.
