Refund Policy

Overview

Keycaps AI provides digital services (credits and subscriptions) for generating AI keycaps concept images. This website does not sell physical goods.

One‑time credit packs

• Credits are delivered immediately after purchase.
• If you purchased the wrong plan by mistake, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds for one‑time purchases are generally available only when most credits remain unused. If significant credits have been consumed, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime in your account billing page.
• Unless required by law, we do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period after a subscription renews.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@keycaps.dev and include:

• The email used for purchase
• Your order number (if available)
• A short description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
